In the Chocó Urabá in the Colombian Caribbean, on the corner that marks the boundary with the Republic of Panama, lies Cape Tiburon,  from where it extends south-east to the beaches of Acandí, a coastline of more than 30 kilometers.  It presents a unique biodiversity and landscapes rich in beautiful bays with approachable natural paths for those who love trekking. The beaches and coral reefs are suitable for diving and snorkeling. In this region, lies Capurganá, which owes its name and meaning  "ground pepper" to the Kuna Indians who lived there until the late nineteenth century. Today, the Kuna live mostly in the archipelago of Kuna Yala (San Blas)

Capurganá is a bio diverse and peaceful location which enjoys:  white sand beaches and some stone-made, such as the beach of the fishermen; an estuary of crystal blue sea guarded by the mighty Darien jungle; and some off the most stunning Colombian sunrises and sunsets. All of these natural privileges make of Capurgana a unique blend of sea and jungle; a seductive and magical place where to enjoy a great holiday.
